Is it true that Intel has doubled its salaries across the board?

At some point hopefully it ain’t about money, and how much money is worth it working for a company with no future and minimal personal advancement.
I guess Ohio has attraction for some, but in very other place even Oregon have far better opportunity unless you are stuck in Fab job, than you are SOL, LOL
Ex Intel here also. I would not go back for a million dollars a year. I used to love working at intel in the 90s but CEO: C.B. was the start of the nightmare is has become.
Is Pat forcing managers to fire their wives and cousins?
I don’t know about the salaries, but they are making all of management go through training to improve culture and execution.

Nice try OP, but we know you're a recruiter or some other similar type fishing for info.
Double salary and than laid off in three years best case, what a FUBAr and why would anyone consider that.
More reasonable is Pat is desperate and offering 20% over competition, but again why why would one do that, join a loser but make a few more dollars.
