GCM (Global Client Management) had a good year and GCM leadership has indicated in veiled suggestions that people will be very happy with comp season.

That being said, GCM is a revenue generating group, so I doubt this means much for ops, tech, etc. Also doesn’t mean it will be bad for those groups though, just probably not a direct correlation.

Today's peakon survey is heavy on questions relating to comp, but there has been zero comp communication from management to date. Should probably expect very low scores.

What email invite from HR to understand the whole compensation package? When did that come?

Seeing the email invite from HR to understand the entire compensation package (401k, time off, etc) tells me allot of people are about to be really disappointed with merit and incentive.

It will be much less than our peers and they will try to camouflage it by telling us to look at the big picture (healthcare, EAP, etc)
