UFCW fighting hard for employees of Smiths Food and Dr-g

They're not taking no for an answer in the fight to get their members the compensation and benefits they deserve! What is stopping us from letting them work for us????

If I got a $5 per hour raise I'd gladly give 25 cents of it to a union for making it happen for me.

Union dues, poor representation and no upside. No thanks…

If we had a union maybe working conditions and compensation would be enough better to stick around for a while.

People don't work here long enough to form a union. Seriously.

We don't need to take just one store at a time in the age of social media. We can unionize a whole state or even the whole damn country at once. Social media gave us more power than we have ever before had in dealing with corporate union busting. Its the great equalizer.

Walmart is much bigger and more powerful than the ufcw. Their reaches stretch across the whole world. Ufcw needs money to buy new picket line poster boards. Walmart just closes the store down if they think a union might happen there. So no, a union will never be formed

It depends on which UFCW local represents you.
