Will T regret letting unvax go as the Narrative Changes

The narrative is changing. England, Sweden, Denmark removing all covid restrictions. The Canadian Trucker protest is gaining popularity. Monday we will be losing some talented people. Will T regret this? Time will tell…..

Yeah, they will give you lots of back pay. Just stay home and wait for the call. They just need your bank info.

@1nxn+1f3jkSRH - it is beyond class action. these things take time and money but it WILL happen just can't say when because of time and money.

this is bigger than little old att and their stupid rules the management will just be collateral damage.

Go work for those other companies that have lifted their mandates. Instead of phony threats of lawsuits.

Lawyer up and file a class action suit. Lots of companies currently being sued for this right now. Many have since lifted their mandates.

"“ trust me it will be needed later. so please keep all your paperwork digital and hard copy“

No, it won’t. No one cares. You won’t be missed. There will be no investigation. You won’t be reinstated with back pay. You’re not terribly bright. Buh Bye."

shows all the bright people at att. glad I don't work there anymore and work for a company that has 100,000+ employees and are not forcing people to get vaccinated and don't layoff twice a year. haven't heard layoff since I left att.

trust me folks you don't need these mo--ns at att there are so much better companies to work for out there that are managed so much better and you don't have 250000 people just collecting paychecks and working a strike every now and then. you people are psychos and need help seriously. I will pray for all of you.

Or be like everyone else that doesn’t want to get the jab… just submit for an accommodation.

AT&T doesn't care about you. They have made it obvious that your career, pay, benefits and family do not matter to them unless it benefits them and most employees are easily replaced. They will do what is in their interest which usually is not in your best interest

For a business like AT&T, the vaccine mandate is more then just protection from COVID. It shows which employees are willing to do what a company asks of them. The company signs the checks, the employees need to do what is asked of them. Get rid of anyone who did not follow a mandate . I don't want them working alongside me, when I have to put my trust in them to do the basic expectations of the job.

So, you place your trust in the company for your health decisions? I can think of a 100 Billion reasons why one should not.

"Monday we will be losing some talented people." T needs employees with a scientific and technical background. Any employees leaving on Monday don't fit that category.

Yea I doubt they will regret it, don’t see why they would unless the post is trying to say that the people that left because of the mandate were somehow the best and what was keeping the company going. From my perspective I only know of one that will leave as a result of the mandate and honestly this person has worked maybe 4 weeks in the last 3 years, constantly playing the FML game so it seems like a win to me.

I guess what do you expect from a company full of George W. Bush's where you cannot ever ever ever ever you were wrong.

no surprise there.

@xbu+1f3jkSRH - For some reason I believe in the end stank is going to regret this decision.

but what do you expect when you run a transnational corporation that thinks they are above sovereign country's laws.

I think att should just go move their hq to china and be done with it. stank will much happier there. and he would be so big there compared to everyone else he could finally feel superior.

All that matters to the Stink is he was able to fire more US based workers without the cost of severance. Another type of rebadging. Free firings, no matter what the reason will get the Stink another 8 figure bonus. Nothing else but $ matters to the Stink.

if you have family or friends that work for other companies that are forcing this please have them save any documentation hard copy or digital.

the investigations will need anything and everything.

No, T will not regret losing the so called talented people over this vax mandate and here’s why! T was around and functioning very well long before these people came on board and will continue to do so long after they’re gone. Also, it’s a way for T to reduce headcount and streamline its operation as they have been struggling to do for years!

all employees need to keep every memo, email, and documentation stating anything about getting the jab or you lose your employment.

trust me it will be needed later. so please keep all your paperwork digital and hard copy.

people need to do the some research and find out the real reason why Britain lifted everything from the jab to the masks.

the same thing will eventually happen here and it has already started.
repercussions are coming I am just surprised management was stupid enough to stick with the jab mandate.

Terrible hill to die on just to make a point while affecting your families. I hope you don't have a wife and kids at home relying on you as that is what matters the most not your defiance.

I’ve been working for AT&T for many years. They have done many many stupid things. The people that they are going to let in go for not following the vaccine mandates most likely will be rehired back with back pay.

The antivaxx protestors in Canada have been carrying sw-----a flags and fighting in the streets with people and you think this company is going to go "hmm, we should definitely make these types of people happy?"

Out of all the things you've been vaccinated against in your life to attend public schools, you finally decide this is the one you want to throw a tantrum about. Enjoy being jobless.
