More leaving Clinton. kuY has done a great job of lowering the cost of research by making it so bad people just quit. The place sucks to work at. More and more people are floating resumes and receiving offers. Who says you can't transition from O&G to pharma? Run children run.

There’s this company “influencer” who’s posting the same type of message - attrition is down - every month.
If there was something to doing it in December, posting it in January is outright d_umb. Just look on LI and see the tidal wave. EM must have given this job as well to some low quality contractor.
Would someone from HR chime in and share more about the attrition situation?

Not all people post their resignation on LI...i don't think you will get the real figures in the normal radio call from the management as they don't want to scare the current employees...the number of job openings in matured market give you indication how high the attrition is...
I'm wondering why, if it's a company-wide thing.
