They are blinded by their own greed and fail to see that there are those of us here for whom the pay is not the only motive. Of course, it's a big one, but many people accept worse offers in companies where they think the leadership is better. I’m one foot out out the door and looking for a less stressful environment. ATT seems to forget that, even more than pay, people actually want to be treated like a human being?

I work in a division that is growing and hiring, and have decent leadership. There is upward and lateral mobility.
