After the last townhall I sent a bunch of applications. I don't want to wait for better days anymore. Everyone should run when they have a chance. I hoped in vain that things here would improve a little. However, it seems that this chaos can only get worse?

I left in Q4. I didn’t want to wait for a cr---y AIP payout ( even with a ‘record’ year after last year’s fiasco). I now work remote, got a 16% increase and signing bonus to offset some of my missed AIP.
I have a lot les stress at a company where the culture is much much better. Opportunities are out there, don’t be afraid to put your toes in the water.
