Boss didn't have compensation information as of Friday and wasn't sure they'd have it today... awfully nice if Workday to send me the change in compensation notice.
Unfortunately for my manager.. I'll be going into the meeting to discuss with a bad attitude rather than developing it during the call.
Sometimes no raise would be better than this insult.

Wow, HR sent the email Wed morning telling managers to begin compensation discussions & to have completed by Friday.
your manager was required to give you that info between weds and friday of last week. It's not workday's fault that your boss didn't do what they were supposed to.
while comp and perf is in cp&d, as of Sunday you can view your new salary in workday. also, starting this Wednesday you'll see the bonus im your pay stub for Fridays pay day.
Not in in Workday. 2021 Raise and bonus information is separate. Your manager has had this info for a while, so they could share with you between 1/26-1/28. 2021 Ratings are in CP&D.

official comp reports were available in cp&d as of the morning of 1/26, I'd say if your manager didn't have them he is full of it. on top of that he sent an email out later that day telling managers it was time to have the conversation.
