Aren’t goals something that team members make?

You can call each other team members. There is no restriction on what terminology you or your team want to use. Call them team mate, team member, fellow employee, co-worker, whatever.
Try listening to the entire talk, rather than reading the sensationalist headlines on here.

They are also very poorly written and there are duplicates. Per usual, WF can’t execute well on anything.
Goals are offensive and remind me of not getting picked for either soccer team in grade school. And my daughters didn’t get picked for sports teams either. Boo hoo.

A goal sounds like a cult term, like the goal is to get everyone to drink the Koolaid. Objectives sound like special forces.
Is everyone excited to have the group level goals with endless mumbo jumbo that doesn’t apply pushed to you?
