And there are no layoffs planned associated with reorg. Notice nothing was said about layoffs not associated with reorg or the weasel wording around PIPs not actually being a layoff.
Management has not credibility and how can they lead without the trust of the employees.
It’s about time! EM still has a long way to go but it’s moving slowly in the right direction. And the stock is finally moving up so I can get out at $80
