A lot of my colleagues are gone. There are many who say they get paid more now, but few mention whether they have to do more work, too. For some reason, everyone likes to idealize the companies they went to, as if the situation there is incomparably better there than it is here. Is the grass really that much greener elsewhere though?

The gaslighting has to be less elsewhere. Even if I was vaxxed, I wouldn't stay.
We aren't spilling our sadness, we are giving others hope so they have the courage to leave. This place was like an abusive spouse making you afraid to leave the situation.
I love how some of you people say you left a toxic environment, are now happy, but come here (a toxic environment) still spilling your sadness. Some of you have such pathetic lives.
Yes everyone is different I’m moving on to be a day trader, and I’m going to be making way more money and I’ll have more time freedom. The pastures may be greener lol it just depends on the person and what they consider green pastures.
Left in November. I have more work to do at but it is far more satisfying. I don't feel like I'm working in a cult or having to walk on eggshells about everything. At that, I see just how much more toxic this place was once I was out of it and have a clearer view. I seemed to get acclimated to the toxic culture and managers while I was there.
Went to a different industry, but I will say, everyone is so professional at my new company and I'm rarely, if ever, bothered at all hours of the evening like I was when I worked for TMO. Hear that alot from others as well
Well I did it. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon because they do not fire people for not getting the vaccine.
The "uncarrier" is officially "uncool" for not respecting freedom of choice
Yep. Just waiting for a bunch of RSU to vest 2/25....then adios
