Approval comes via email.

You think HR is going to actually communicate with you? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So far every exception request I know of has been approved. Has anyone been denied?

For those who received an approval, how were you notified?

So @1yua+1f5hym6z you get to decide who is sincere and who isn't? You're an id--t.

Yes, religious exemption. My kids got them for college as well.

Exemptions are supposed to be for those with truly held beliefs and not for people who want to weasel out of the requirement. You are confusing DEI and fraud.

I see someone hasn't taken their DEI training yet, or failed (either to pay attention or just) it. Yes, I agree - how dare Ford actually mean what they say when they have DEI training, that we should respect and honor everyone's perspective and feelings, regardless of how ridiculous and dangerous they are to the entire society!

Old adage - live by the sword, die by it.....this is what you get when you cater to everyone's feelings. I don't see how the company could not allow for religious accommodations regarding any vaccinations if they are going to always walk the DEI walk. If they try to pick and choose, then it becomes pointless and meaningless to the point that they can't punish anyone for not following their DEI guidelines.

So leave the Jesus freaks alone - they have a right to their opinions and feelings, too.

Those of us that believe are not our own, we belong to God. (The rest of you do too, but you won't figure that out until it is too late.) Therefore, we cannot do anything that harms our body. Untested vaccines rushed to market violate that for the conscience of most of us that know we belong to God.

You can disagree, you can not get it, that is fine. But it is our belief.....NOT YOURS!

Yes, the other poster is correct in that man does not "rule" other men, only God has the moral authority to rule men.....and all major religions recognize this aspect of man's relationship with God. Not to also mention they all recognize that God gave man free will, and that is a right from God that other men cannot take away.....which means no 'man-made' mandates.

However, if you want to literally dance with the devil, then hey, you do you....just don't involve others that value their relationship with the Lord our God.

@1ceq
You completely fail to understand religion if you think religious belief requires an appeal to anything outside one's own God-given moral conscience. When people ask God what they should do they inquire into their own hearts. God lives in the heart. Didn't you know?

And what religion exactly is recommending against protecting its members and community? Completely ridiculous to grant any religious exemption.

Feb 1st must have been the day, because I got mine accommodation for religious reasons approved, as well.

However, I thought it was weird they made a mention of my status of hybrid employee. Wonder if they are approving only those hybrid employees that will not be in the office as much, if at all, only?

@lzs+1f5hym6z - would you happen to be in Florida? If HR continues down their current path I'm considering a quick move down that way and I'm curious how this has been being address by HR down there. And with a foot of snow expected this week near Dearborn heading down to the Sunshine state right away is appealing

You do not need an exemption if you work for GM or Stellantis. Just saying.

They have not got back to me yet; however, I don't live in Michigan, I live in a state that has anti-vax mandate, from which I understand with the latest policy update from Jan 20th, 2022 they will abide by state/local laws against the mandate, so I should be in the clear regardless (I filed for one last year just before the state implemented theirs)
