The difference between Zucker and Ailes is pretty stark. Zucker engaged in a mutually consensual relationship, but nonetheless a violation of COBC and had to resign. Ailes resigned after multiple women came forward with provable evidence of harassment—criminal behavior and had to resign when the lurid details were revealed. Oh, and he and those foxes had to pay as much as $20 million to some accusers.
Ailes sits squarely on the wall of shame for so many reasons.

Those goofs had no clue who or what they were dealing with. Jeff Zucker has been a clown in Media for a very long time, yet ATT was so clueless and hitched themselves to that wagon!
Question:: Shouldn’t ATT know what you are doing behind closed doors? Not just during your pre-employment screening, but throughout your tenure with the company. What’s good for the goose is good for the……
Since when are business entities ‘responsible’ for the personal behavior of thousands of employees who are a part of the corporation, writ large? Following that thinking that would mean that the CEOs and Board are responsible for the behavior of a field tech who gets arrested for DWI and crashes his company vehicle. Or goes home after a bender and beats his wife. I guess ATT’s leadership should be held responsible for hiring the tech! Nope! This post has zero to do with ATT’s leadership.

Zucker/Att did re-hire Jeffrey Toobin after he pleasured himself in front of his coworkers on a zoom call, that pretty much sums it up! Yet, Att allowed zero media experience Jason Kilar to layoff thousands of vetern, media all-stars, during covid, essentially guaranteeing failure of Warner Media. The decision making by Att is the worst of any fortune 500 company in history!
Stankey and BOD were so impressed with Zucker from the get go. Thats the moment I knew the T crew had NO idea what they were doing. Zucker has be a charlatan from day one, but the losers at T never knew as they had no idea how Hollywood worked. Stankey clearly didn't know "more than anyone about TV"! T management are the biggest bunch of complete losers and quit frankly an embarrassment!
