For voluntary departure, only if that part included being on payroll December 31.

Prorated Bonus only if you retired (MR75) during 2021 or if you were surplused.

Yes I retired 9/30/21 so I expect 9 mos of payout

Yes, they prorate based on number of days you were on payroll.
