HR help line is just awful. Promised call backs for last 2 days have not happened. On hold over 20 minutes and still no person. Trying to find out where my dang W2 that was to be emailed to me is..................

you dont need the email just go into the w2 section online and download it
staffed by contractors managed by a few Uhg flunkies
I just got mine via snail mail today, wasn't expecting an email. I wouldn't count on HR for anything ever, especially if you no longer work there.
