Under $19 in after hours trading now. Could open this morning sub $18.

Where are the "the stock is so high!" posters now?

Now under $20. That below $15 by spring may be a pipe dream. It may be below $10 by then.

Here is another article that pumps the stock:

Made me laugh:

Ford executives need to stop believing all the press releases they write about themselves.

F is trading at $20.30. After having a high of over $25 in mid-January. And this is with Bill buying all he can (something he never did under Fields or Hackett).

Let's see what happens today. I think investors are cooling and we could see sub $15 by spring.

Overnight success story? Was this article written by a newly minted college graduate, or just another lazy MSM reporter which could not be bothered to basic research??

Ford stock has literally underperformed for YEARS, When I first joined the company way too many years ago with my class of nearly 50 other FCG's, the stock was just over $29/ps......and that was down from the year before at over $32/ps. It has never been anywhere near that high since, and if you think about it, that is really telling because in those days the S&P 500 was less than 10,000. In other words, the general stock market has more than tripled in value, yet Ford stock has not.

Think about that for a second, then think about all the so called hype for today around Ford stock. Hey, I'll be the first to say I'll be happy as can be if our stock shoots up due to F-150 Lighting.....but let's face it, a successful launch of that product is the only thing that will really move the needle in any meaningful ways, like maybe into the high 20's low 30's again. If it does get into the 30's again, then I will retire and take the (pension) money and run. Not going to hold my breath, tho, as we all know how great we have been at launching new products lately, right?

Reality check time. In January 2022 Ford sold approximately 13,700 EVs, of which 2,370 were Mach-e. We used to cancel vehicles that sold such low volume.

NIO sold 9,652 EVs in January, so a startup sold only 30% fewer EVs than Ford.

Tesla (say their name, Joe Biden) is selling over 100,000 EVs per month. How do we close that gap?

Ford executives need to stop believing all the press releases they write about themselves.
