Chemical research now has big sections with close to 15-20 members, after merger that can happen to CSR, no more section heads with 5-10 members.
I cannot generalize about the quality of the PhDs in Annandale but I fully agree for the waste of meaningless presentations.
At Annandale, Employees in the age range of 30 to 55 are some of the worst. We have successfully collected and retained the trash among the PhDs that graduate from US colleges.
Management is equally pathetic but they are in a place where management is not really needed so they over emphasize their importance. Yet the minion researchers run to kiss their a$$es.
Wait, it is ime for me to go give another meaningless presentation to the lab director about my victories doing nothing.

Gosh, the filth in Corporate Strategic Research and it’s entire management is so pronounced that just the presence of CSR in Annandale require the whole site to be shamed and removed from employment
