Anyone know if the 8 weeks of PPTO that ExxonMobil gives is considered Paid Family Leave when filing a U.S. tax return, and if one should expect a 1099-G form? I tried getting an answer from HR and payroll assistance, but they're worthless. Terrible response times and a total lack of understanding of what I'm asking.

I took PPTO in 2020, did not receive a 1099. I was PIP’d though a few months later, so there’s that.
