I'm finally leaving. What a relief! The impression I got after 7 years of working here is that Fiserv is a place where you spend more energy dealing with inflated egos than doing the actual work. At the same time, this is the reason why this company is sinking fast, because the inflated egos don't care about fixing things, they only care about being right. It's sad.

It must be the culture at first data that is ruining fiserv. It appears our it infrastructure is going backwards. Everything takes longer to accomplish.
Frank wastes money on phony political campaigns to try to whitewash his own image. And then he has the nerve to waste the remaining money on paid-for awards, which are then shoved down our throats. If Fiserv is so great, why do you have to try to convince your own employees by spamming out all the fake award news?
The guy works 24/7 to bilk the company and its associates out of hard-earned cash, and laughs all the way to the bank while doing it.
