The 20 for 20 wouldn’t have applied to legacy HSE employees though.
To be fair. I was one of the ones making fun of the mgmt for the idea of 20 for 20 as it was obvious we would never see that. So they buy Husky and make it possible and take it away. There was no way they could keep that promise with double the employees it would have been way too much money and the shareholders would have lost their minds. This new bonus idea will at least give us something. It also ensures people won’t leave for the next year until we get that money.
Sad how many have drank the koolaid and forgot about this screwjob!
