Covid & Return to Work

Anyone else think MW is mad about that 1.5 bonus and wants us in office so their can be an excuse for 2022 to be .75 due to a bunch of Covid Deaths?

MW will do anything he can to suppress wages and employees so I wouldn't put it past that bellend at all.

Maybe covid deaths traced to work or higher attrition should be tied to MWs extreme compensation. Us average joes get hit with things we can't control with our CIP and raises so he should take some responsibility for his actions like driving the morale down the toilet.

Covid has been excluded from company matrix.

Also I believe we will be getting greater then a 1.5 bonus next year. They have to show that we added value by being in the office so it’s probable going to be a 1.8-2.0 for 2022 cip
