Performance Review and compensation

Has anyone had performance review for comps ? Is it still regular 2-4%. If it is then I need to start looking for jobs like yesterday

You already knew what it was going to be. Same thing next year, and the next.
Why wait to look around? Get out if you don't like it.

It is 3. I guess we should be grateful for that whole one extra percent. Yeah right.

The past few years I never had anything much over 2% as a merit increase and my reviews were phenomenal. It was disheartening.

Making people trickle out at the correct rate is the goal. They want to lose a certain percentage of the workforce every quarter.

An increase of 3% is slap in the face in today's climate.

At Frank's income from Fiserv and other exec leadership, inflation isn't hitting their wallet, but it sure is mine.

I echo most reading this saying WTF about the person who posted this, oh, and I corrected the percentage noted because it's highly inaccurate. 1%-2.5% has been the going rate for increases at this company for many years (pre and post Frank). But, recognize that not everyone has an awakening moment for the right time to leave. This is his/her/they "right" time to think about leaving based just on a merit increase. I laughed too, because we need to remember that everyone has the same criteria breaking points for GTFO!

And after reading all the texts on this board, now you decide this one thing is why you would leave??????? Get out now. Even the interns are leaving on their own.

Why would anyone use their Merit budget of 3% for someone who is leaving the company??

The budget is 3% and managers are discouraged from giving much of anything to employees who will not relocate and will be leaving sometime this year since they are remotes.

LOL! IF, you get 4% increase, you'll be in the 1%!
