In HBT Security Europe we had a strong (male) leader who had to be replaced due to our diversity policy: replaced by a female GM. However, she is so weak… sales and order intake drop as there is no strategy in place and she does’nt dare to implement changes. Thank you DA. Diversity is all what counts nowadays for our shareholders.

None of it should matter, so in the end...it won't matter. Right? If diversity was the main driver, and not talent, then simply being diverse would carry weight that kept business going. I think diversity is healthy, and actually does offer progress not seen in some homogeneous groups. But... to make it a priority is gross. And if I was a person in place purely because of ________ category...I'd be ashamed. Merit, and effort are principle.

As I was saying they need to fill up all the different networks they have now. So yes we need to be so diverse no matter skill of that person JUST UGH.
