'There’s rumors going around that senior team is going to be let go. TechM and HCL are not performing but I have not heard of them rebidding'
"That senior team" meaning on the MSP side or the Ascension side? The SDM team's senior leadership?

We will not know all the senior team names who leave, are reassigned, or are demoted. They send big announcements when more created positions are announced but are silent when mistakes are made. And PR wonders why we do not trust them...
I'm a soul who was outsourced in 2004 when Ascension showed up at our hospital and jettisoned all of IT. I was with the hospital 8 years before the "borg" showed up. 13 years later, they brought us back in house. I finally felt like I had a purpose again, and was doing well with my job. But 4.5 years later we were "exiled" again to HCL. I had 25 years of time that is now lost. HCL doesn't pay overtime at 1.5. Salaried non-exempt employees are considered "Flex Schedule" workers since there's on call and are eligible for overtime. The catch is if you're paid $1000 for 40 hours, and work 10 hours of OT in that week, your base rate goes from $25 an hour to $20. Then HCL will pay .5 for overtime on the lower rate. That means your paid $10 for those 10 hours of OT. How is that legal? There are law suites against HCL America for this that are pending, and another for preferring to hire H1B1 visa workers over Americans in this country. This is wrong.
Not to worry....it was a tough decision after prayerful consideration.
They let go of thousands when they should have let go of the VP and their Peloton
Gerry might be enjoying his last “much needed” days off
@OP+1fAEVnqF - Senior leadership on the Ascension side is going to be let go, knew it was just a matter of time but I am shocked it is happening this soon...
Makes me feel sentimental about Monday mornings to find out Ascension laid off a swath of 200 or 300 workers.
