Really Frank, Todd - you send out an Employee Appreciation Day email late morning early/early afternoon. It's already Saturday for our FGS folks in India. A little late for them and for us in the states. Something like this should have gone out no later than Thursday evening so that India could wake up to this in their inbox.

Seriously, who feels appreciated? I would not define Employee Appreciation as being laid off because you choose not to relocate to an office after working remotely for many years.
How much more proof does anyone need to see to realize this place is an absolute s-show and they dont care about us employees.

Employee appreciation has NOTHING to do with fan mail, "inspiring" videos, free snacks, ping pong tables, or Living Proof points.
Give us flexible work options. Merit increases/bonuses that are reflective of the awesome work we've done for you. Enough training and people resources to do the very best work for our clients. Oh, and worry-free time off. It is so easy to be a decent employer. You can start any time. Even today!
I deleted the email without viewing the phony video. I used to trust TH until he decided to flee Bank Solutions, but he was probably being threatened by bullies Frank and Guy, hence the sudden move.
Remember when we used to get things for Employee Appreciation? Yeah, it was mostly junk (shirts, branded stuff, snacks, etc), but it at least took them some effort. A mass email just reminds everyone how hollow this place has become.
Does anyone even read those emails? A large number of people in the company don't feel appreciated and an email saying differently won't change that.
