If PG was a really serious CEO, he would require every BB employee worldwide to read this article and others like it each week so that Intel employees would understand the situation.

How much capacity going into TSMC 3nm, these aren’t for fantasy shells in Ohio, Az and Germany!

The customers are these little companies Apple, AMD, MediaTek, Qualcomm, oh yes I believe Pat also has a few orders and prepay too, LOL

Who do you think has huge economies of scale and have run millions of wafers to get yield and process learning? There is no shortcut to yield and process and tool learning than running tons of wafers and here Intel strategy is totally broken. Intel in their fantasy says it is going to ramp how many nodes in the next three years? How much product are they going to ramp and then transition to the next node? Intel will never get the tool learning, understand the process nor reap any economic nor business benefit from these so called nodes!

That is why they are saying “ manufacturing ready”. They know they can’t ramp nor ever will, nor make money on any of this fantasy!

TMG and LTD leadership as will as BoD was crazy to agree as this is so FUBAR! This like the German army before Normandy, say all you want the war was lost even before the battle started.

One company CEO parades around the world lobbying to get hand outs and hopes to catch up as he can’t spend his own money as he doesn’t have a business viable strategy.

Another company just spends money because it has a winning strategy. If you spend your own money and customers money you know something more than one who likes to wave to TVs and give interviews
