Maybe something would change for the better for once. Employees in stores deserve so much more than they get, and there’s so much expected of them for the same pay rate for working at a gas station. it’s ridiculous

Then go work at a gas station?
If you work in retail stores and are not actively trying to leave you're making a huge mistake. Either apply elsewhere or get started using the tuition assistance but retail is not a good career path.
