Just because some ambulance chaser thinks they can make 30% out of suing WF, don't make it so but ... enjoy your crusade. I'd have to guess that most jurors would get a chuckle out of it if nothing else. It sounds pretty frivolous.
Spoke to a class action firm, was told we have a case. They read the disclosures. Ripe for lawsuit. All negative comments on here show how miserable and uninformed you are. Including about markets. See ya.

first and foremost, it is for medical expenses, so the investment part is a byproduct and a nice to have - not the sole function of the account. Some plans only allow for investment after the end of a year so I highly doubt you have a case.
one of the more id--tic posts here. not only do they not have a specification like this, but this is the same thing as dollar cost averaging concepts - your assumption is that the market is constantly going up. if they delay by a day and the market goes down and you get a better price, then you're going to complain too? because they were timely on the deposit, that you lost an opportunity? you're just way too funny.

What a joke. I wonder if people really believe this is possible. As previously pointed out there is no law, rule or regulation the $ must post on the same day the pay check is deposited with secondary accounts like our HSA. Employers are given, sometimes very vague, timelines in which to make deposits such as these. Some as ambiguous as “deposited as soon as viable”.
Read the terms and conditions. Likely not obligated to immediately transfer it on payday.
There are thousands of lost investment opportunities among the HSA account holders. Adds up! Should not be held.
You know even if you had damages you could prove... if there were an actual class action the lawyers would get the lion's share... right? I mean... are you really that down bad for $20 you might get out of such a thing? (many, many years from now, if successful)

This is hilarious. I’ll pay toy the 3 cents in interest over the course of two years your HSA would earn in interest. You do realize you have to have over $4k in the account before it is investable, right? Get educated dunce.

Have you reached out for support from WF or the HSA plan company? Or you just trying to make a quick buck with a class action. Not sure what your goal is here. Seems like reaching out for support would be more logical before taking this action.
