All the capable people who can function as adults without supervision will continue to find jobs that reward their capability. The rest will seek office jobs.

Biden is an old man that can't connect more than 5 words without difficulty. You really want to quote him? He and everyone else is worried about the midterms and will say and do anything. All just politics. RTO would be more simple and fair if they just let people decide what's best for them. If you don't fear the COVID then go back. If you live with people that have health issues then stay home until concerns resolve. All that's needed is basic humanity instead of Charlie's corp greed and ego.
