WWFD to save Q1 Rivian investment write down?

We booked our investment in Rivian as $14.7 billion as of December 31, when Rivian’s valuation was $93 billion. Rivian is worth only $38 billion today, and not likely to recover before 3/31, which means we need to write down $8.8 Billion of the 12/31 valuation on 3/31. On top of that, production has been suspended and sales are down. Q1 financials will not be pretty.

The Rivian is sweet. And capable! Go look at some of the videos where they've tested its ability to tow and haul. Pretty impressive.

I'd still prefer an ICE vehicle, but so far this is the EV truck I would consider before the Cybertruck or a Lightning.

Farley is mentally defective. No one can stand his arrogant attitude. He is a Textbook example of how kissing hi-knee can get you anything

Maybe Farley will pay the Detroit Free Ford Press to run a puff piece about how Ford ‘s market cap is over $100 billion? Oh wait, that was weeks ago, today it is only $64 billion…
