What a crock of simplistic baloney. I’m adhd and this wouldn’t help me in the slightest. Of course, I also don’t work with anyone in my office.
I thought CS said the team concept isn’t inclusive to those who didn’t play sports.

Bring on the neighborhood open floor plan and 100's of simultaneous calls. Yeah, that's productivity.
Yea, working in others presence in my office encourages more socializing, gossiping, conflict due to the lack of privacy because nothing in the office is private, constant interruptions, and enduring the distraction of other people's quirks.
So, being in office might make some people more productive but that is not the case for me and probably not for most people.
The only collaboration that ever got encouraged by our open floor plan was NERF battles.
