We use my wife's insurance for my son lol. I am no the bare minimum for me here. Because it sucks lol. United is terrible to their employees.

You are wasting your time and breath. Been an issue for years. You are there to line the pockets of top brass and stockholders, neither of whom give a rat's a$$ about your benefits.
It is truly pathetic when you work for a payer and your spouses insurance (who works for a much smaller company -not a payor) still is a significant reduction and includes much better packages as options.
