Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

If Fiserv continues like this...

The situation is not good at all. Is there any estimate of how many customers has Fiserv lost so far? If the leadership continues to run the company like this, I'm afraid this company will run out of customers.

Did you not take the mandatory trainings and thus do not know why we wouldn't be providing our customer lists? An actual Fiserv employee would already know why clients aren't being listed.

Notice no clients listed just a long list coming from our competitors. Don’t attempt to create false narratives, if you don’t like something fine but no need to make things up unless you don’t work here (which seems to be 50% of the posters who have an odd obsession with our great company) or you work for our competitors which makes up another30%. Fiserv gave a presentation on gbs and it was terrific!

Is Truist on Fiserv, sounds like their merger is not going well.

Things may pick up steam if clients start suing for breach of contract. That's a lot of effort however. Time will tell.

I imagine most clients will ride out their contracts, in could take years to see the full effect.
