Down tremendously. While I was home, my work slowed down, alot giving me lots of free time. I'm going to miss that. I don't want to go back to the office and actually work. Grrrrr.

I plan to point at others when ppl bring me work that isn’t mine. When they do that via email and the proper employee literally ignores every IM or email, you get stuck doing everyone’s work.

Different groups on my floor are using the conference room behind me for chatting as well. I missed my meeting this morning because they said their meeting was running long, but it was over an hour of discussion of how much they miss working from home and what they have been up to. It's managers too - not just the grunts. The management saying how much they will miss traveling between sites now that everyone is in the same building.
They are trying to plan a pot luck for next week sometime when the rest of the floor is back so they can catch up. The manager of the group that sits near me said 'They just said we need to return to office, not return to work at the office! HA HA HA HA!' Lots of talk about quitting but a lot of defeatist comments too - people saying they are within 5 years or retiring and they don't want to give up the benefits they have earned so they will stick around until they are laid off or fired.
Not the kind of "collaboration" management intended.

OMG do we work near each other?1? I'm fairly certain we do, because I sat in a cube near one of the open tables in my area, and that was all I could hear for almost 3 hours. Was one of them talking about her boss refusing to work downtown because he didn't want to get shot? If yes, then we definitely sit near each other.
I disagree. People will get on here to share their “positive” collaboration experiences and the “joys” of in person teamwork.

We already are hearing it. I had to listen to a group of maybe 8 people sitting at the open tables they put in the middles of our floor yesterday. 2 and a half hours of complaining about RTO, masking because it's strictly enforced at my site, and feeling like they need to quit.
There will be plenty of Wells Fargo shitstorm to discuss after RTO. Cloud ciaos, ugly Agile, relocation strategy and always Charlies idi-t things.
I'll miss sitting outside my porch during the summer, and pretending to be busy.
Seriously doubt it, given this forum exists for more than a decade and was frequented more from work than form home even before the pandemic.

The rest of us had triple or quadruple the work while WFH, and now ours is going to fall off when we RTO.
I'll miss day trading and running another business.
