IBM investors staged 2021 revolt over exec pay

At the 2021 Annual General Meeting, some "51 percent of our shares voted did not
support our Say on Pay proposal, which was substantially below the support received in
prior years," IBM confirms in its 2022 Notice of Annual General and Proxy Statement
released this week.

Perhaps the nascent beginnings of a shareholder revolt?

IBM stands for I’ve been mugged.

If you own stocks, then I would like to wish you all the best. A decade of declining revenue and no growth sums it up very well.

Like to hear this But it won't change a damn thing It's too late the permanent damage has already been done The issue should not be pay It should be performance There isn't a top executive in the whole bunch that has made one ounce of positive change And then they all just switch hats every 2 years It's disgusting And we've got hundreds of VPs that have no direct reports
There is one thing I can guarantee happens as a result of this post The HR trolls are going to bombard this site with bull$h1t OPs to push this one down and off the the new postings view as quick a possible.

It will never change. IBM executives are greedy POS and most don’t even contribute to the bottom line, except drain the company of capital!!! What as-----s!!!
