Wells is worried about their share holders more than customer service. Sad but we are low level employees in the branch. Also Wells lack black talent. I guess the talent is in the Philippines.

To be honest… following self checkout at grocery store… as times change people value time more than “personal service”. I still wait in grocery lines to help people be employed but the direction is obvious

First we are going to get your Caps Lock key fixed so that the branch customers don’t feel that they’re being yelled at.

Branches are closing and the push to digital services is in full swing. There is zero long term future for bankers or branches.

They will continue to push people towards apps and digital offerings and continue to close branches because it saves them money and reduces real estate.

Most pb1 are now made to be teller, bankers and business bankers. Its funny when customers come in and yell "You guys should hire more people!" Actually wells fargo is trying to do the opposite. We had 6 bankers at one point and now down to two. We have the same traffic coming into branches. I dont feel bad for the RTO people, branches have been open since the get go. Im done with wells already, they gave us no help at the branch. We were booked all day with appointments and still had to try and sqeeze trainings and walk-ins.

All personal bankers are being replaced by impersonal bankers.

All the financial institutions are directing their customers to digital and online. A good call center person can do what a PB does with much lower overhead.
