I keep hearing rumors about a ‘phase two’ for RTO, where people may be able to move office locations. Anyone have any details? Is it just more BS?

Our group is scheduled to go in 4/5, but the people on the phones are not going back until 9/6, in our same department. I would imagine this is phase 2.
My boss said Phase Two was when the people still marked “remote” will need to go to an office. That is the reason more/different locations may be available in your area. They are adding the remote people to the RTO population which will require more space in some areas.
They cant even post/send the site name and addresses that are technology for you to find or even see if seats are available. Phase 2 would be NY or CLT
Shiiiiii, I'm just hoping they figure out what fu----g building I'm supposed to show up in. We've heard 3 different things so far
I recently received a 'you have been assigned to a location that is not a location for Wells Fargo Technology. Please work with your manager to update your work location as soon as possible.' message. Maybe that's phase two............
I wouldn't count on it. Sounds like a mirage...
6 months will be just enough time for the EOY layoffs to kick in.
More BS, and not an option for 6 months after the initial RTO wave settles down, which means it won’t happen.
