I had a branded card that is part of a portfolio recently purchased by Goldman Sachs. A soon as I got the new card post-conversion, I canceled it. I told their retention agent that it was strictly due to their CEOs disregard for employee health and refutation of performance numbers for WFH. If that's the judgement he displays publicly, I don't trust anything behind the scenes. Petty? Maybe. But, it got me off the call without any more badgering to keep it open.
