hello guys i see everyone here either have a remote job or works at an office , my question is how do i get a job like that? what is the job description i have to look for? i work at a branch and i need change!!

Since work from home is on its last legs for most groups, looking for an office job is going to be your best bet for longevity (within WF -There may be done WFH options if you're willing to change companies).
The catch is you need to live in an area where there are offices. Depending on where you live, the branch could be your only option.
If there are offices in your location, the job titles available in that location will vary. So unless you are willing to relocate, search by your location to see what's actually available.
Going directly from the branch to an office job (assuming you're a teller, or a banker with less experience), you'll likely find phone jobs to be good options.
I don't know the specific job titles since they've recently changed, but here are a few I know of:
Mortgage underwriting
Investment banking
Phone bank
Online claims (non-fraud): if you want less interaction with customers and are good at researching this could be a good option, though you will interact with customers still.
Fraud claims: last I checked they start you with things like card fraud, and eventually graduate you to more complex fraud like online fraud.
Fraud investigations: mix of research and customer interactions
Collections
If you have more experience in the branch, including some licensing, you might find some jobs easier to get above. With greater experience you might also consider applying for management positions for the above groups. Or if there's a position open, you could consider:
Facilitator
Quality Assurance

Part of it is realizing that jobs in branches are not going to probably be a long term career choice or pay the amount of money you might be looking for long term. If you don’t have a degree, you start working on that. Along with that, you take on outside classes and certifications. You starting making yourself invaluable to your team and strive for the highest ratings on reviews. You do those things year after year and work your way into a position and career that can be done remotely. Those jobs sometimes come with long hours, so get used to that. No one hands this to you and you can’t phone it in.
