Math, fellas, math. For the 107% guy. Either your bonus came out to 107% of bonus target (take target, multiple by 1.07). Or if the last poster is correct it should be 108% of target, and 107% of that (target * 1.08, take that result and multiple by 1.07). If either of those matches your gross on your paystub for the bonus, that is the answer.

"Is it 108% or 107%? My statement said 107% and when I questioned it, they said no, it is 107% and the 108% was wrong."

If you're referring to the Bonus Award (%) on your compensation statement, it means you are getting 107% of the 108%. Someone who got only 108% would have a number of 100% for Bonus Award(%). It means your supervisor got you a bit more.

OMG did you read your email sent first thing this morning? The dollar amount will be doubled and my LL6 made sure to do the calculation in our meeting today so I would see the entire amount.

Too funny....obviously, it took some effort to add the note at the bottom of the notification. Ford "experts" couldn't just use the same amount of effort to change the number from 54% to 108%. It probably took a lot more time, cost, and work to add the note than to just make the actual change!!! I guess when the company went "woke" it also decided not to use any common sense either. I guess they are using the federal govt as a role model in how to run a company.

Why can't they do anything right? You mean to tell me they can hire 8k coders for Model e, and not a single one can write the code to redo the dam comp form? So they resort to a footnote? Are you kidding me? Shameful!

Don't worry, you're still going to get screwed over with the insulting weak merit. Personally I'd rather have had my base rate go up instead of the same amount coming as the AICP bonus.

You're right, I'm wrong. I didn't see the fine print at the bottom. I just saw the 54% and was seeing red.

The couldn't change the percentage on the notification apparently, but there should be a note on the bottom saying the actual amount that will be deposited (pre-tax, obvs) will be double the 54% shown.

Our corporation came in about 25%, said they did horrible this year. They did anything but in their financials.

Immediately put out a news piece that said their board showed compassion and doubled the bonus.

We see through their sh*t. No points earned.
