Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Still planning layoffs?

This is surprising. Given the mass exodus of talent(I hear more people leaving every day) are they are still planning Q2 layoffs? And I heard that every new headcount needs to be filled in NJ so uncle Frank can make his promised number.

Continuing to work at Fiserv is like sweeping the deck of the titanic.

Capt Frank and 1st mate Guy. ‘No, I dont see an iceberg’.

No strategy. Just reactions.

3000 employees needed to get full tax benefit. Get ready for some cooking of the books with later layoffs

2000 new hires, 1000 existing employees. 3000 total employees moving to that location.

2-3K sounds high. If the '5% per quarter' holds, then it will be 1850, give or take.

I dont think they are going to make the count in NJ. Are contractors going to be included in the count? They are laying off 5% headcount including in Jersey

Need a long broom handle so someone can sweep the deck while also being in Berkley.
