This definitely sounds like something that the Rubber Band Man and his revenue 'driving' Wunderkind Kidz and his McKinsey cronies were pushing.

I wonder if any of these guyz and galz were in the Biden Admin before here?

T-Mobile wins because they look for solutions to customer pain points, where as our non-comm woke c-suiters are always looking to fix a problem that is not really there.

The one thing that you can bet on is that if the company invests in something, eventually it will be written down and sold off. Ventures is a scam just like Strategy. Try investing in the Network instead of always pimping it out on the cheap to competitors.
