Exxon Mobil is the Worst Oil and Gas Major

None of the oil and gas majors are best employers out there, but XOM is a special breed and the worst oil and gas major employer when it comes to people. Heck even XOM HR doesn't have any anything human about its HR practices. XOM is also the most toxic and most talked about oil and gas major on this very board because there is no one to listen to employees, they come here for mental and psychological relief. And the mgmt. is still busy selling company to potential candidates.

Nothing better than chanting WeAreExxonMobil!

Y’all are the worst. Directed at posters here. If it is so terrible and you’re still here leave. If you’ve been “let go” and are bitter but hate the company, you should be happy they pushed you to move on to something better. If you have moved on and are still posting negative content, then you really haven’t moved on at all. This sad, please move on. There are tens of thousands who still work here and provide for families despite the challenges. I read these posts to see how bitter in life some people are and take comfort in the fact I am not one of them. I’ve also been let go from my last job as well. Best thing to ever happen to me.

Never trust an administrator. They are the premium spy operative and informant for the executives. They will relay everything you communicate and will also spread rumors, false flags and management propaganda for the executive for the purpose of testing your allegiance to the masters. However, they are also good at relaying your misinformation providing the executive with the setup that you desire to have thrown in your dorection. Administrators are basically blue dye smurfs.

Yes, a least ethical oil and gas major that is the largest privately owned oil and gas company. WeAreExxonMobil and we can behave anyway we want. We got deep pockets and also lawyers are in out pocket so we can do whatever we like.
