If it’s not one of the worst in this industry, NOV is certainly the worst company I’ve worked for. It is devastating that we have a leadership that does not know how to use this momentum. Now that all the companies are making huge money, NOV is still losing. Unbelievable.

It’s the worst. I left and haven’t been happier after 22 years.
It’s really sad that over the last 7-8 years of terrible leadership has done to our storied organization.
Move on, it's that simple. You don't like it here, move on and quit belly aching.
I think the Board needs to be held accountable. But when Chairman and CEO are the same person, who is responsible?
