What would you do if ur CM is or has messed around with one of the assistants? There are rumors going around but also texts.

Personally knew an assistant manager that slept around. Got promoted to a CM. Left, then came back as a CM and is no a MM. this was all well known. Ethics and higher ups don’t care.
Ethics doesnt care. A lot of people I work with quit reporting to ethics cause they never do anything. They just say they will send it to the market manager but he is the one protecting them.
That has happened at Sam's since the beginning of time. The bad part is that they move these players around to suit them and it hurts many others associates. Do they care? H*ll no!
Ethics? What a joke.
Report them to ethics. Give as many names and information as you have

It happens a lot at clubs. We have an assistant manager that has dated associates and moved other associates around to put the one she was dating in her department. Store manager knew and let her.
Unfortunately I think this happens at a lot of clubs. Our CM has hooked up with numerous associates as well as one of our assistant managers!!!!
