Shouldn’t there have been some kind of rah-rah, welcome back message on Teamworks today? All I see is a message about more HR leader changes. Seems like a missed opportunity, or just more lack of planning.

My department has already sent out a couple emails welcoming us back, including requesting us to take a first day selfie with filling out a form - like you see first graders do. Uh no.
