I turned in my notice last week! I will do a LinkedIn post, saying how I've learned from my colleagues and will miss each and everyone I've had the pleasure of working with. BUT, since turning in my notice, I've felt a weight lift off my chest and I can hardly wait to get out. It's really all I can think about... It's the best decision I've made in years.

We actually had someone rehire onto our team recently. Couldn't believe it.
Op, I left a few weeks ago and had the same feeling especially towards the last few days when you’ve pretty much done with the handover. The decision to leave for me had been in the works since late 2022 so I’ve spent some time evaluating and I’m sure other people that have left went through similar experience. Not sure about negative comments below, probably trolls or hardcore company coolaid drinkers. My team wished me good luck and a few wished they can leave the company soon. Good luck to you.
Whether you are a 30 year employee or new hire, people should not be treated this way by this company.
