Have you noticed increased collaboration since you returned to the office? I haven't. In fact I notice less collaboration than ever.

Great. If people don’t have anything better to do than chat about March Madness while in the office, I can only imagine what they are doing (or not doing) at home. This laziness, my friends, is why they won’t let us work from home. These are the people who ruined the MyWork program for the rest of us. Thanks a lot. Sincerely, someone who is super busy but really doesn’t want to come back into the office.
The only chatting people are doing is saying how d-mb it is to be in office. Everyone was so much happier/collaborated more when we weren't staring at the clock waiting to get out of of there.
The people on my floor have totally different jobs completely unrelated to my role.
They're nice, but a time suck.
No one is chatting. We're too busy doing the work of everyone who has left over RTO.
