I just love how on our all hands calls the higher ups are pushing RTO so hard yet they are on video showing their offices the size of an apartment!! (With a door) They have a long table, plus another seating area and guess where most of us are? In a 3 X 3 Cube with people on calls and talking about sports and we can’t even concentrate. If I had an office like them then yeah, might be different. They need to be in touch with US!! The employees in the trenches making them rich.

I’ll do a sick of RTO day. Friday, April 1st? Any others in???
Call the union of your choice (go to union's website) tell them you want help organizing at Bank of America. Best choices are CWA or SEIU for service employees.
Does anyone know how we can get a union started?
I mean if Starbucks can do it, I’m game!
WE NEED TO UNIONIZE
If we were in a union, they wouldn’t be able to force RTO with the number of people overwhelmingly against it, we would also get higher than a 2% “raise”, and we would get less expensive health insurance - among other things.
Isolating workers into silos so you never unionize. Surveillance, recording phone calls, intimidation tactics, etc. Soft totalitarianism, identity politics. Gig is great if you don't actually do anything but sit on your yacht drinking pina coladas all day.
April 1 works for me. It's a Friday.
Stage a sick out?
The day BofA stood still..
I can only imagine with no calls being taken, no claims getting worked, no loans being processed, no appointments met, no financial centers open amongst the many other functions all halted.
Will the executives get a clue then when they are sitting alone in their vast office building?
If we demand for hybrid and at least a raise that meets with inflation..
That may just send a message..
Let’s pick a date and refuse to work that day. Everyone takes a sick day. Maybe that will send a message? Call it “sick of RTO”.
What can we do?
What can we all do to take a stand?
How can we finally show them?
Show the CEO and executives we tired of being run to the ground while the cost of inflation and gas prices are at its highest.
Always record breaking profit for the big banks.
What can we do so us employees can finally win big and not be under their thumb?
It’s truly disgusting that they’re doing this, and it’s a shame we’re not standing up for ourselves.
