Has anyone been approved for a religious exemption? If yes, for how long?

Same question as the one before me....an exemption to what? Nothing has been mandated YET. I believe the bank does not want to open themselves up to an unConstitutional mandate legal battle but will for sure let go all employees that haven't fallen in line and listened & obeyed. I think they weren't expecting such a large pushback and are scrambling to figure out how to fire a large group of people. If only certain people have been invited back to offices and all new hires are required to get vax'd, there's no way they can keep the people who can't or won't get it...doesn't matter their reasons. Go to PJI.org and read their content and listen to their Zoom calls....SO much info. Do not do anything proactively...make them force you into something because then you can take legal action.
I really think their whole " religious exception " is just corporate pretending to be inclusive and accomodating, they are just making up stuff like this that they would never approve. I really can't think of anything that would give an exception in the RTO process, but since they have "religious exception" listed as a reason for an exception that just shows how supposedly inclusive and understanding they are to everyone's needs, they are just so full of it!!! So full of it!!!
Religious exception to what?
